Privacy Policy

AgentRack ("we", "us") is an early-stage product based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data we collect through agentrack.io, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We've kept it short and in plain language, because that's how privacy policies should be.

1. What we collect

At this stage, the only personal data we collect is what you give us directly:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or request an agent audit.
• Anything you send us — if you email us at hello@agentrack.io.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

2. Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process your email address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the waitlist form. We use it for one purpose: to contact you about AgentRack early access, the free agent audit, and product updates. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 6).

3. Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to operate this site:

• Formspree, Inc. (USA) — processes waitlist form submissions and forwards them to us.
• Vercel, Inc. (USA) — hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs as part of standard web hosting.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, these providers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist is no longer relevant — whichever comes first. If you never become a customer, we will not keep your email indefinitely.

5. Cookies

This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

7. Changes to this policy

As AgentRack evolves from a waitlist into a product, this policy will be updated to reflect new processing activities. The "last updated" date at the top always tells you the current version.
