Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Welcome to AgentRack. These terms govern your use of the agentrack.io website and our waitlist. They're short, because right now this site does one thing: tell you about AgentRack and let you register interest.
1. Who we are
AgentRack is an early-stage software product based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact: hello@agentrack.io.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for either of us.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, the free agent audit, or any particular timeline.
- The "free agent audit for the first 20 enterprise teams" offer is limited in number, subject to mutual fit, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
3. The product
AgentRack is in private beta. Descriptions, screenshots, and dashboards shown on this website are illustrative and represent product direction, not a contractual commitment to specific features. Anything we eventually provide to you as a customer will be governed by a separate agreement.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, submitting false information, or using the waitlist form to send spam.
5. Intellectual property
The AgentRack name, logo, and the content of this website belong to us. You may not reproduce them without permission, except for fair quoting and sharing links.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
This website and waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
